小于胎龄儿是指出生体重在同胎龄儿平均体重的第10个百分位以下,或低于平均体重2个标准差的新生儿。为了探讨小于胎龄儿的发病状况及影响因素,防止小于胎龄儿的出生,现将我中心2003年6月～2004年6月1008例住院新生儿中44例小于胎龄儿进行回顾性分析。
Children less than gestational age refer to newborns whose birth weight is below the tenth percentile of the average weight of the gestational age or below the standard deviation of two weights. In order to investigate the incidence and influencing factors of small gestational age children and prevent the birth of children younger than gestational age, we retrospectively analyzed 44 cases of less than gestational age in 1008 inpatient newborns from June 2003 to June 2004 in our center. .
