新建铁路是国家实施西部大开发的一项重点工程,是目前世界海拔最高、线路最长的高原铁路,铁路沿线平均海拔4000多米,气候恶劣,高寒缺氧。恶劣的环境,给施工带来了诸多不便,对混凝土工程质量提出了很高的要求。针对青藏高原气候环境极端恶劣的特点,为提高混凝土早期强度,防止混凝土冻害,提高耐久性能,本文从耐久性混凝土配合比、原材料、混凝土制备、运输及养护等方面进行了探讨,为今后类似环境混凝土施工提供了借鉴。
The new railway is a key project for the country to carry out the large-scale development of the western region. It is the highest plateau railway in the world with the longest altitude and the longest line in the world. The average altitude of the railway is over 4,000 meters above sea level, with a bad climate and high altitude and anoxia. Poor environment, to the construction has brought a lot of inconvenience, the quality of concrete projects put forward high requirements. In view of the extremely harsh climatic and environmental conditions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, in order to improve the early strength of concrete, to prevent frost damage of concrete and to improve the durability performance, this paper discusses the aspects of durable concrete mix, raw material, concrete preparation, transportation and maintenance. Concrete construction provides a reference.
