The determination of immunoglobulins and cyclic nucleotides in gastric juice has important clinical significance for the diagnosis of gastric cancer. The relationship between gastric fluid immunoglobulin G (IgG), surface immunoglobulin A (SIgA) and gastric cancer, and the relationship between cyclic nucleotides and gastrointestinal diseases and gastric cancer have been discussed. Changes in cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels reflect the function of gastric mucosal secretion, while cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) represents the proliferation activity of gastric mucosal cells. They exert a series of physiological actions through protein kinases. We used radioimmunoassay to measure IgG, IgE, SIgA, cAMP and cGMP in gastric juice in 82 patients with gastroduodenal diseases.
