食管贲门癌手术并发心跳骤停并不罕见,笔者于71——84年8月手术治疗1321例,并发心搏骤停3例(0.23％),均及时发现抢救而复苏成功,治愈二例,现报道如下; 例1 男,48岁(住院号73—19761)。因贲门癌在气管内静脉复合麻下取左胸腹联合切口,行贲门癌切除胸内食管胃端侧吻合术。手术经过顺利,术毕翻转体位时,患者口唇青紫,脉搏消失,诊断心跳骤停。立即气管加压给氧,胸外心脏按摩;同时迅速拆开原切口缝线,进胸作心脏按摩,复苏成功,血压正常。
It is not uncommon for esophageal and cardia cancer surgery to undergo cardiac arrest. The authors treated 1,321 cases from August to August of 84, and three cases of cardiac arrest (0.23%) were found to be timely rescue and resuscitation. Two cases were cured. The report is as follows; Example 1 Male, 48 years old (Hospital number 73 - 19,761). Due to cardiac cancer in the tracheal vein anesthesia under the left chest and abdomen combined incision, line cardi cancer resection of the chest esophagogastric end-to-side anastomosis. After the operation was successful, the patient’s lips were cyanosis, the pulse disappeared, and the cardiac arrest was diagnosed when the posture was reversed. Immediate tracheal pressure oxygen, extrathoracic heart massage; at the same time quickly open the original incision suture, into the chest for heart massage, resuscitation is successful, normal blood pressure.
