随着我国经济的发展,市场经济体制也不断发生变化,行业之间的竞争也在提高,而影响电力企业人力资源管理人员的工作效率和心态的因素之一就是薪酬满意度,因此,只有将薪酬满意度保持在一定的高度上,才能提高企业的发展。本文主要论述的就是人力资源管理中影响员工薪酬满意度的基础上提出了该怎样提高员工薪酬满意度的有效方式。希望更多的专业人士能投入到该课题研究中,针对文中存在的不足,提出指正建议,为我国电力企业人力资源管理员工薪酬满意度的提高做出重要的贡献。
Along with the economic development of our country, the market economy system is constantly changing, and the competition between the industries is also increasing. One of the factors which affect the efficiency and mentality of human resources managers of power enterprises is salary satisfaction. Therefore, Salary satisfaction maintained at a certain height, in order to improve the development of enterprises. This article discusses mainly the human resource management impact on employee satisfaction on the basis of the proposed salary how to improve employee satisfaction with an effective way. I hope more professionals can devote themselves to the research of the subject. In view of the shortcomings in the text, I put forward suggestions for correction and make important contributions to the improvement of employee salary satisfaction of human resources management in China’s power enterprises.
