[目的]2株从土壤中分离的对萝卜蚜虫有活性放线菌及其分类鉴定。[方法]用平板稀释法对土样进行分离,以萝卜蚜为供试靶标昆虫,采用浸叶法进行杀虫活性测定,根据形态特征、培养特征及生理生化性状对活性菌株进行分类鉴定。[结果]菌株DY3和LY1发酵上清液48 h对萝卜蚜的校正死亡率分别为76.99%和73.45%,菌株DY3稀释16倍菌株LY1稀释4倍对萝卜蚜的校正死亡率分别为68.11%和52.59%。[结论]菌株DY3和LY1发酵液对萝卜蚜具有杀虫活性,均鉴定为链霉菌属(Streptomyces)。
[Objective] The results showed that 2 actinomycetes active for radish aphid isolated from soil and its classification and identification. [Method] The soil samples were separated by the plate dilution method. The insects of Aphis gossypii were used as test target insects, and the insecticidal activity was determined by dipping leaves method. The active strains were classified and identified according to their morphological characteristics, culture characteristics and physiological and biochemical characters. [Result] The corrected mortalities of DY3 and LY1 fermentation supernatants to radish aphids at 48 h were 76.99% and 73.45%, respectively. The corrected mortalities of strain DYY diluted 16 times and strain LY1 diluted 4 times against radish aphids were 68.11% and 52.59%. [Conclusion] The strains DY3 and LY1 fermentation broth had insecticidal activity against radish aphids, all identified as Streptomyces.
