从生物洁净技术出发,分析了环境微生物与院内感染的关系、微生物气溶胶粒子的大小与杀(除)菌的关系。说明了我国《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》双指标的必要性和先进性,认为生物净化系统中紫外线辐照杀菌技术存在诸多问题,不可替代高效空气过滤器。 Based on the biological cleansing technology, the relationship between environmental microorganisms and nosocomial infections was analyzed. The relationship between the size of microbial aerosols and kill (except) bacteria was analyzed. The necessity and the advanced nature of dual index of “Technical specification for clean operation of hospital” are described. It is concluded that there are many problems in UV disinfection technology in biological purification system, which can not replace high efficiency air filter.
