随着工业4.0时代技术复杂性的不断提高,企业合作研发需求增大,资源匹配视角下的研发合作伙伴识别与选择受到关注。针对现有研究缺乏系统的评价模型,并且资源匹配情况主要依据专家主观判断的问题,设计出由互补性、相似性与完整性指标构成的SIC-Dimension三维综合评价模型。该模型不仅可以提高研发合作伙伴识别的有效性,还能通过资源定性匹配与定量匹配相结合,降低伙伴选择过程的复杂性和主观性。最后,以工业机器人相关技术为例,进行了评价模型实证分析,进一步验证了多指标综合评价的价值。
With the continuous increase of technical complexity in the industry 4.0 era, the demand for cooperative research and development of enterprises has increased, and the recognition and selection of research and development partners under the resource matching perspective has drawn attention. In view of the lack of a systematic evaluation model for the existing research, and the matching of resources, the SIC-Dimension comprehensive evaluation model consisting of complementarity, similarity and completeness indicators is designed based on the subjective judgment of experts. The model can not only improve the effectiveness of R & D partner identification, but also reduce the complexity and subjectivity of the partner selection process through the combination of resource qualitative matching and quantitative matching. Finally, taking the related technology of industrial robot as an example, the empirical analysis of evaluation model is carried out to further verify the value of multi-index comprehensive evaluation.
