浏阳霉素是上海农药所新近研制成功的杀螨抗生素,有效成份为大环四内酯类物质,化学结构式为: 式中:R_1R_3=C_2H_5,R_2R_4=CH_3,称A组份; R_1R_3R_4=C_2H_5,R_2=CH_3。称B组份: R_1R_2R_3R_4=C_2H_5,称C组份。粗提品中B组份通常占50％左右,A组份次之,C组份更少。纯品都是无色结晶,不溶于水,易溶于一般有机溶剂。浏阳霉素是特异性杀螨剂,除对绿豆象有中等毒力外,对其它主要农业害虫及卫生害虫均不敏感
Liuyangmycin is a newly developed antimicrobial antibacterial agent in Shanghai Pesticide Factory. The active ingredient is macrocyclic lactone. The chemical formula is: R_1R_3 = C_2H_5, R_2R_4 = CH_3, which is called A component; R_1R_3R_4 = C_2H_5, R_2 = CH_3. Said B component: R_1R_2R_3R_4 = C_2H_5, said the C component. Part B crude extract usually accounts for about 50%, followed by the A component, C component less. Pure products are colorless crystals, insoluble in water, soluble in common organic solvents. Liuyangmycin is a specific acaricide, in addition to mung bean like a moderate toxicity, the other major agricultural pests and health insects are not sensitive
