随着市场竞争压力的加大,不少单位普遍加大绩效考核力度,引入了绩效排名、末位淘汰、上班打卡、绩效连坐等机制,有的单位取得了良好效果,激发了干劲、有的单位则是激化了矛盾,那么,对于不同单位而言,实行绩效考核为什么有不同的结果?本文对同属某集团的A单位与B单位进行比较,看一看两个单位的情形是否有差异,并尝试解释产生这些差异的原因。
