试验以含碱性金属离子的海带渣为原料进行蔬菜碱性有机栽培基质的制备,并通过辣椒种子的发芽与栽培试验来证明其作为蔬菜碱性有机栽培基质的可行性。试验结果表明,砂土与发酵后海带渣的比例为6∶1(干质量比)较为适宜,此比例配制的栽培基质,不仅能提前辣椒的出苗时间,提高发芽率,抑制猝倒病的发生,并且能最大程度地利用海带渣废弃物资源。因此,以海带渣作为蔬菜碱性有机栽培基质或者作为酸性土壤的调节基质在农业生产中具有一定的应用前景。
The alkaline metal ion-containing kelp residue was taken as the raw material to prepare the basic organic vegetable culture medium. The feasibility of using it as a basic organic vegetable culture medium was verified through the germination and cultivation experiments of pepper seeds. The results showed that the ratio of sand to kelp residue after fermentation was 6: 1 (dry mass ratio) is more suitable. The culture medium with this ratio can not only advance the emergence time of peppers, increase the germination rate and inhibit the occurrence of damping-off disease , And can make full use of kelp residue waste resources. Therefore, using kelp residue as a basic organic culture medium for vegetables or as an adjusting substrate for acidic soil has certain application prospects in agricultural production.
