微波炉可探测食品的脂肪含量曼彻斯顿两所大学的共同研究成果显示,微波炉除了可以用来加热食物外,还可以用来测量常包装食品中的脂肪和盐含量。研究人员意识到,微波炉加热不同的食物时设定的热挡不一样,所以它们一定对食物中水、盐和脂肪含量也非常敏感。本次研究的目的是发明一种新的快速探测肉类食品中脂肪含量而不念破坏肉质的方法。这种在生产加工过程中不间断实时监控的方法可以减少浪费,使产出最大化,减少实验室工作负担并节省能源。
Microwave oven to detect the fat content of food The two universities in Manchester joint research shows that in addition to microwave oven can be used to heat food, but also can be used to measure the content of fat and salt in regular food. The researchers realized that microwaves set different heat levels when they heat different foods, so they must be very sensitive to water, salt, and fat in the food. The purpose of this study was to invent a new method to quickly detect fat content in meat products without compromise on meat quality. This non-stop, real-time monitoring of production processes reduces waste, maximizes output, reduces lab workload and saves energy.
