柴油叉车使用过程中会产生NOX、CO、HC等有害气体及各种颗粒物(如碳烟、油雾、润滑油和油料添加剂粒子)和少量硫化物,其排放量与进气系统、燃油系统、曲柄连杆机构、冷却系统、柴油的品质、柴油机的转速与负荷等有关。这些有害成分不仅污染环境,而且严重危害人体健康,应采取技术措施对其进行严格控制。
