我厂有一批小轴零件(见图1),一端有两个对称的大圆弧R1、R2。以往加工都是先由钳工划线然后由铣床找正后铣出,不仅费工费时,且质量较差。现在我们设计出一种不需划线找正即可加工的夹具(图2),该夹具一次可同时加工六件,工效提高了12倍。具体工作过程如下:首先将本体夹持在三爪卡盘上,将六件小轴分别装入本体上的六个定位孔内,然后用紧固螺钉7,压板5及顶紧螺钉4将六件小轴压紧在本体上,即可加工。注意在加工零件的第一个圆弧部分R1时应将定位片拿走(见图3),在加工第二个圆弧部分R2时,则将定位片装上。
