国际金融危机的前车之鉴促使越来越多的管理者去考虑如何适应环境的变化,进行合理地应对,也看到了作为企业战略核心的人力资源管理在其中起到的至关重要的作用。本文所谓的重大环境变化指的是企业外部环境所发生的重大变化。如:出现经济危机、行业景气度下降、产品生命周期调整、劳动力供需失衡、国家法律法规发生变化等等。本文主要论述了企业在不同的重大环境变化下所应采取的人力资源管理策略,并结合笔者的工作经历进行了举例论证。企业一旦面临上述的重大环境变化,
The warning of the international financial crisis prompted more and more managers to consider how to adapt to changes in the environment and deal with them rationally. It also saw the vital role played by human resources management as the core of the enterprise strategy. The so-called major environmental change refers to the major changes in the external environment of the enterprise. Such as: the economic crisis, the industry boom, product life cycle adjustment, labor supply and demand imbalances, changes in national laws and regulations and so on.
