目的:探索钙剂加阿司匹林综合治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床应用效果,以期为临床实践提供参考。方法:选取我院于2014年7月至2015年7月间收治的80例妊娠期高血压患者作为临床研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,给予对照组患者临床常规治疗,在常规治疗的基础上给予观察组患者钙剂加阿司匹林联合治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果,包括动脉血压、尿蛋白等的测定,并分析钙剂联合阿司匹林综合用药的临床治疗机理。结果:经治疗后,观察组和对照组两组新生儿的体重分别为(2359±371)g与(2561±493)g,并无显著性差异(P>0.05);在胎心异常率方面,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。在动脉血压和24h尿蛋白方面,经治疗,观察组治疗前后差异显著(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后差异不明显(P>0.05)。治疗前后,观察组与对照组患者24h尿蛋白的差异均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:钙剂联合阿司匹林综合治疗妊娠期高血压能够起到良好的治疗和截止病请的作用,一方面可以显著改善患者痉挛、降低血压、维持镇静;另一方面可以抑制血小板的凝集以及血栓烷的产生,并降低血管紧张素的敏感度,从而起到根除妊娠期高血压,最终提高患者的临床治疗效果。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of calcium combined with aspirin in the treatment of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, in order to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods: Totally 80 hypertensive patients with gestational hypertension treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as clinical study subjects. Before and after treatment, there was significant difference in 24h urinary protein between observation group and control group (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: Calcium combined with aspirin in the treatment of gestational hypertension can play a good role in treating and stopping the disease, on the one hand can significantly improve patients with spasms, lower blood pressure and maintain sedation; the other hand, can inhibit platelet aggregation and thromboxane And reduce the sensitivity of angiotensin, thereby playing the eradication of pregnancy-induced hypertension, and ultimately improve the clinical treatment of patients.
