随着近年来自动控制水平的提高,先进的控制技术也被应用于智能温室。国内外大多数的智能温室系统产品,都存在着造价过高、系统复杂、难于普及等问题。我国欠发达地区较多,气候条件也千差万别,因而需要开发出适合于国情的且低成本的经济型智能温室系统。本文采用价格低廉的51系列单片机为控制器,普通PC作为监控中心,网络通信采用MODBUS总线协议,配以各种传感器及执行机构,构成了一个经济实用的温室控制系统。该系统可根据工程实际与控制系统规模的大小加以配置,对于现有温室的改造及智能型温室的普及有一定的工程实用价值。
With the improvement of automatic control in recent years, advanced control technologies have also been applied to smart greenhouses. Most domestic and international smart greenhouse products, there is the problem of over-high cost, complex system, difficult to popularize. In our country, there are many underdeveloped areas and climatic conditions vary widely. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a low-cost economical smart greenhouse system that is suitable for the national conditions. In this paper, low-cost 51 series MCU as the controller, the common PC as a monitoring center, network communication using MODBUS bus protocol, together with a variety of sensors and actuators, constitute an economical and practical greenhouse control system. The system can be configured according to the actual project and the size of the control system, which has some engineering practical value for the transformation of existing greenhouses and the popularization of intelligent greenhouses.
