目的:探讨言语训练在治疗青春期假声中的作用。方法:对12例青春期假声患者进行包括呼吸、发声训练在内的言语训练。结果:言语训练后全部患者声音改善,声学评估话声基频降低、话声音高降低、最大声时延长。全部病例观察和随访3个月,疗效评估以训练前后患者及家属与医师共同对发声情况进行评估为主,喉硬管窥镜检查和嗓音声学评估为辅。几乎所有患者对言语训练的效果感到满意,满意度为100%。结论:科学的发声方法和言语训练是治疗青春期假声一种有效方法。
Objective: To explore the role of speech training in the treatment of adolescent falsetto. Methods: Twelve adolescent falsetto patients were trained in speech training including breathing and vocal training. Results: After speech training, the sound of all the patients was improved, the fundamental frequency of acoustic assessment was decreased, the speech sound level was decreased and the maximum sound duration was prolonged. All cases were observed and followed up for 3 months. The evaluation of the effect was based on the assessment of the sounding situation both before and after training with patients and their families and physicians. The laryngotracheal tubeoscopy and voice acoustics assessment were supplemented. Almost all patients were satisfied with the effectiveness of speech training, satisfaction was 100%. Conclusion: Scientific vocalization and speech training are effective ways to treat adolescent falsetto.
