桂林村农田防护林建设以林网为主体,进行林、田、水、路和渠的综合治理,林带采用“窄带少行”,减少占地面积,防护效益显著。效益观测结果表明:在防护林庇护下,改善了气候环境,提高了作物产量。主林带背风面风速可降低29%—43%,全年平均气温提高0.5℃,冬季提高1℃,地温年均提高0.5—1.0℃,早稻年均增产29.2%,晚稻年均增产17.7%。
