目的研究并且总结上消化道出血患者急救时应用整体护理措施的临床效果。方法抽取我院急诊科收治上消化道出血患者96例为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组采取常规急救护理，研究组采取急救整体护理。统计两组患者临床护理效果以及患者满意度。结果研究组临床护理有效率以及患者满意度明显优于对照组(<0.05)。结论上消化道出血患者急救时采取整体护理措施，临床效果显著，有效改善患者预后。“,”Objective To summarize the overall study and nursing of patients with bleeding emergency clinical effects on the digestive tract.Methods Extraction March 2010 in our hospital emergency department-gastrointestinal bleeding patients in this study were randomly divided into study group and control group,the control group received routine emergency care,first aid Holistic Nursing Care Study Group on 96 cases admitted in March 2016. Statistical effect of two groups of patients clinical care and patient satisfaction.Results Study Group clinical nursing efficiency and patient satisfaction than the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion Patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding take emergency measures when the overall care,significant clinical effect,effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
