机車交路是組織机車运用工作、确定机务段布局的重要依据,关系到經营管理、技术政策、动力改革方向以及运输效率和劳动生产率等方面。是一个重大問题。机車交路的长短,曾有过很多的爭論。解放初期,一度釆用短交路,但有些交路太小,折返、交接頻繁,影响乘务員的正常休息。1958年以后,为了提高机車运用效率,取消了一些折返段,釆用长交路提高了机車日車公里,但交路偏于长大也带来了一些付作用,如乘务员超劳、影响学习、生活和管理等。貫彻执行中央的調整、巩固、充实、提高的方針以后,对一些过长的交路,松据具体条件,作了个別的調整。我国机車交路的历史情况,大致就是如此。究竟机车交路怎样才合适,机中:交路为什么服务?我們認为,在确定机車交路时,应該符合下列十点原則: 一、严格貫彻包車負責制历史經驗証明,人和机器的关系摆的不正,就会发生問題,机車輪乘制給我們带来很深刻的教訓。因此在确定机車交路时,应遵守:
