患者女,65岁,自1978年始出现清晨发作性意识碍碍,伴心慌、冷汗、烦躁与饥饿感,继之神志不清,数分钟内可缓解,每月发作1～2次。以后病情渐重,每月可发作6～7次,且昏迷达5～12小时,输液后才可清醒,曾多次以中枢性昏迷收住神经科治疗。1981年1月27日清晨再次发作,以脑血管痉挛收入院。当时血糖40mg/dl,静注25%葡萄糖液200ml后清醒。体检:较肥胖,无黄疸,浅淋巴结及甲状腺不大,心肺肝脾无异
