孤啡肽是1994年发现的一种新的调节肽,它参与吗啡镇痛和电针镇痛.采用脑室微量注射的方法,观察了OFQ与单胺类递质 5-羟色胺之间的相互作用.结果表明脑室累加注射递增剂量的5-HT,可产生明显的镇痛效应,且具有明显的剂量效应的关系.不同剂量的OFQ本身对痛阈没有影响,但一定剂量(1和10μg)的 OFQ却可对抗累加注射 5-HT的镇痛作用,各剂量之间也具有明显的剂量效应关系.实验结果提示 OFQ在脑内拮抗 5-HT的镇痛效应.
Orphanin is a new regulatory peptide found in 1994, which is involved in morphine analgesia and electroacupuncture analgesia. The interaction between OFQ and monoamine neurotransmitter serotonin was observed by microinjection of the ventricle. The results showed that cumulative intraventricular injection of increasing doses of 5-HT, can produce significant analgesic effect, and has a clear dose-response relationship. Different doses of OFQ had no effect on the pain threshold, but certain doses (1 and 10 μg) of OFQ were able to counteract the analgesic effect of cumulative injection of 5-HT with significant dose-response relationship. The experimental results suggest that OFQ antagonizes the analgesic effect of 5-HT in the brain.
