在存储空间受限的机会网络中,移动节点为进行消息转发,自身的存储空间被大量占用,如果节点处理缓慢,可能会导致网络拥塞的发生.为了避免拥塞,提出一种基于随机早期检测技术的拥塞控制算法OCCS,该算法首先根据机会网络的特点通过预先设定的队列长度将队列划分为三种类型,然后计算到达队列消息的价值,使节点提前对即将造成拥塞的信息进行处理,尽可能的避免网络拥塞的发生.仿真结果表明,将所提出的拥塞控制策略应用于路由算法中,能够有效提高消息投递率,降低网络负载,但在平均端到端时延上有所增加.因此该策略可以应用于对时延要求不高的星际网络、人口稀少地区网络等外来媒体网络.
