乐果是防治蔬菜蚜虫的理想药剂。1961年南京市化工研究所和上海农药厂合成了一些样品,做成50%乳剂,经田间试验确有良好的防治效果。但蚜虫繁殖甚速,为害期长,必需连续防治方能收效。有些国家规定乐果在蔬菜中的残留量为2ppm(Chilwell等,1960)。目前我国尚缺乏使用经验。为此,除在大田进行喷药试验外,又考查在南京秋季气候条件下,乐果在蔬菜上的残效期及内吸残留量以供生产需要。 测定有机磷农药在农作物上的残留量,通常用酶的方法。但某些对胆碱酯酶抑制能力较低,以及不易通过
