多年来,在电力企业中涌现出了一大批中青年劳动模范。他们在政治上积极上进,在工作中踏实肯干,表现出良好的思想作风和工作作风,为企业发展做出了巨大贡献,成为企业的楷模,其作用是无法替代的。但是,由于各方面原因,劳动模范中有一部分人,受学历水平、知识能力等方面的限制,其能力和水平已不能适应飞速发展的电力工业的需要,因此,提高他们的业务水平,送他们到学校接受教育,不仅是电力工业发展的需要,而且也是为了更好地发挥他们的骨干作用,在本企业职工中造成一种人人奋发向上的良好风尚。1992年5月,我校在上级教育部门的大力支持下,面向东北地区举办了电力系统第一期劳模大专班。
