食道心房调搏术已被用于研究心泵功能及窦房结恢复时间和窦房传导时间。本文着重介绍该方法在研究心脏传导系统的其他电生理特性方面的应用。资料分析一、窦房结折返现象自发产生的极少见,利用经食道心房调搏术可以诱发这一现象,提示窦房交界区存在着双径路及单向传导阻滞(图1)。图1为一50岁、男性、冠心病、陈旧性下壁心肌梗塞患者的食道心房调搏记录。调搏频率为140次/分,大部分可下传至心室,
Esophageal atrial pacing has been used to study cardiac pump function and sinus node recovery time and sinoatrial conduction time. This article focuses on the application of this method in the study of other electrophysiological properties of the cardiac conduction system. Data Analysis First, the sinus node reentry phenomenon spontaneous rare, the use of transesophageal atrial pacing can induce this phenomenon, suggesting that there is a dual pathway and one-way conduction block (Figure 1). Figure 1 shows the esophageal atrial pacing record of a 50-year-old male with coronary heart disease and old inferior wall myocardial infarction. Pacemaker frequency of 140 beats / min, most can be downloaded to the ventricle,
