地质灾害是地质环境中各因子异变耦合作用的产物 ,全面认识地质灾害、尽力防止地质灾害致灾环境的构成、有效而适时地改造致灾环境及全过程监测地质灾害 ,构成了地质灾害防治的系统工程方法论。据此认为 ,三峡库区的松散土体、水和城区是地质灾害研究及防治过程中必须考虑的主控因子 ;松散土体吸水蠕变、强度衰减是散体滑坡启动的本质机理 ;散体滑坡的防治技术应该从散体、水及城区几个方面着手 ,进行综合治理
Geological disasters are the product of the coupling effect of various factors in the geological environment. They fully understand the geological disasters and do their utmost to prevent the disastrous environment caused by geological disasters. They can effectively and timely rebuild the disaster-causing environment and monitor the geological disasters in the whole process to form the geological disaster prevention System Engineering Methodology. Therefore, it is considered that loose soil, water and urban area in the Three Gorges reservoir area are the main control factors that must be considered in geological disaster research and prevention and treatment. Water-absorbing creep and strength attenuation of loose soil are the essential mechanisms for the start of bulk landslide.
