研究了LBP2(lyciumbarbarumpolysaccharide-2)对SD大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(MΦ)功能的影响,以探讨LBP2的免疫调节机制.MΦ吞噬中性红试验研究表明,LBP2在体外具有浓度(032~20mg/L)依赖性增强大鼠腹腔MΦ吞噬中性红的能力.另外,采用生物活性检测法测定了细胞因子的水平,将大鼠MΦ用LPS(10mg/L)和LBP2共同孵育18~24h后,培养上清及细胞内IL-1和TNF水平均随LBP2浓度的增加而增加,表明LBP2对MΦ合成和释放IL-1,TNF具有明显促进作用.LBP2对MΦ功能的影响可能是其免疫调节作用的机制之一.
The effects of LBP2 (lyciumbarbarumpolysaccharide-2) on the function of peritoneal macrophages (MΦ) in SD rats were studied to investigate the immunoregulatory mechanism of LBP2. MΦ phagocytic neutral red experimental study showed that LBP2 in vitro concentration (0 32 ~ 20mg / L)-dependent increase in abdominal peritoneal MΦ phagocytic neutral red ability. In addition, the level of cytokines was measured by biological activity assay. Rats MΦ were incubated with LPS (10 mg/L) and LBP2 for 18-24 h, and the supernatant and intracellular IL-1 and TNF levels of LBP2 were increased. The increase of the increase indicates that LBP2 has a significant effect on the synthesis of MΦ and the release of IL-1 and TNF. The effect of LBP2 on MΦ function may be one of the mechanisms of its immunomodulatory effects.
