本文对243例卵巢肿瘤进行了回顾性分析。根据年龄、发病时间、肿瘤生长速度、大小和硬度等13项高危因素分别加以评分,并利用TRS-80微型机对13项高危因素进行逐步回归分析,求得5项因素,应用Fisher判定法,求出判别方程即:y=-0.696503×(1)-1.0196×(2)-4.39231×(3)-0.677215×(4)+2.22962×(5)临界值yc=-22.7009。(1):患者年龄分数,(2)肿瘤大小分数,(3)肿瘤硬度分数,(4)并发症分数,(5)婚育情况分数。结果,正确诊断率达到93.24%,
This article retrospectively analyzed 243 cases of ovarian tumors. Thirteen high-risk factors such as age, onset time, tumor growth rate, size, and hardness were scored separately. TRS-80 microcomputers were used to perform stepwise regression analysis on 13 high-risk factors to obtain 5 factors. Fisher’s judgment method was used. The discriminant equation is found: y=-0.696503×(1)−1.0196×(2)−4.39231×(3)−0.677215×(4)+2.22962×(5) The critical value yc=−22.7009. (1): Patient age score, (2) tumor size score, (3) tumor hardness score, (4) complication score, (5) marriage and childbirth score. As a result, the correct diagnosis rate reached 93.24%.
