后驴头轮廓曲线的形状是双驴头抽油机设计的关键。对后驴头轮廓曲线为偏心圆弧的双驴头抽油机运动规律作了进一步探讨,用矢量法建立了机构运动分析和动力分析的数学模型,且以上冲程扭矩因数峰值最小作为优化设计的目标函数,用优化理论中的复合形法进行优化计算,得到最优设计结果。计算实例表明,YCYJ14-5-53HB双驴头抽油机在最大冲程和最高冲次时,加速度和扭矩因数峰值比较小,减速器输出轴净扭矩波动不大,消除了负扭矩。
The shape of the donkey head profile curve is the key to the double donkey head pumping unit design. The mathematical model of mechanism kinematic analysis and dynamic analysis is set up by vector method, and the peak value of the torque factor in the above stroke is the optimal design The objective function is optimized by the complex method in optimization theory to get the optimal design result. The calculation example shows that YCYJ14-5-53HB double donkeyhead pumping unit at peak and maximum stroke, the acceleration and torque factor peak is relatively small, the reducer output shaft net torque fluctuation is small, eliminating the negative torque.
