1992年 4月~ 1997年 11月使用空载干涉综合雷达对美国内华达州拉斯维加斯的地面沉陷进行了监测 ,详细的地面沉陷图清楚地表明沉陷的空间范围受地质构造 (断层 )和沉积物组成(粘土层的厚度 )控制。测得的 5.75a最大沉陷量为 19cm ,因为净地下水开采量的减少 ,地下水位上升 ,沉降率在过去 10a里与水准测量数据比较有所减少。从地面变形的时间分布方面分析还发现沉陷与上升具有季节性的变化形态 ,这些观察提供了有关含水系统及其空间变化的弹性及非弹性特征。
Ground subsidence was monitored in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA from April 1992 to November 1997 using a no-load interference integrated radar. Detailed ground subsidence maps clearly show that the spatial extent of the subsidence is governed by geological structures (faults) and Sediment composition (clay layer thickness) control. The maximum settlement of 5.75 a was measured at 19 cm and the groundwater level increased as a result of the decrease in net groundwater extraction and the sedimentation rate decreased from the level measurements over the past 10 years. Analysis of the temporal distribution of ground deformation also found seasonal variations in subsidence and ascent which provide elastic and inelastic characteristics of aqueous systems and their spatial variation.
