根据煤炭开采的行业特点,在煤矿现场试验的基础上,从3个方面分析造成块煤率低的原因。分析综合机械化采煤对块煤率的影响,得到采煤机滚筒的切削厚度、截齿的排列方式、滚筒的运动参数和块煤率具体的数量关系。指出在炮采时,针对不同地质情况,选择合理爆破技术,保证块煤率。在煤炭存储和运输阶段,提出减少运输环节、降低煤仓高度差,提高块煤率。
According to the characteristics of coal mining industry, based on field tests in coal mines, the reasons for low lump coal rate are analyzed from three aspects. The influence of mechanized coal mining on the rate of lump coal is analyzed. The relationship between the cutting thickness of shearer drum, the arrangement of picks, the movement parameters of drum and the lump coal ratio is obtained. It is pointed out that blasting mining, according to different geological conditions, choose reasonable blasting technology to ensure lump coal rate. In the coal storage and transportation phase, it is proposed to reduce the transportation links, reduce the height difference of coal bunker and increase the lump coal rate.
