FBE-Ⅰ型净化器是一种处理含铜废水的流态化床电解槽,它采用了近十年来国外在电化学研究中出现的一种新型电极—流态化床电极(Fluidised-bedelectrode)。这种电极是由许多导体颗粒所组成,当电解液(废水)自下而上地通过电解槽使颗粒漂动,通电时颗粒起着电极的作用,电极反应在颗粒表面上进行,所以电极表面积非常大;另一方面,电解液的流动和颗粒内的碰撞,使固液界面扩散阻力显著减小,因此,这种电极对扩散控制的反应过程极为有利。1978年以来,我们对 FBE 净化器的结构和处理工艺进行了研究,本文介绍 FBE-Ⅰ型净化器的结构、处理流程、及生产运转的结果。
FBE-Ⅰ purifier is a kind of fluidized bed electrolyzer for treating copper-containing wastewater. It adopts a new type of fluidized-bed electrode (Fluidized-beddelectrode) which appeared in electrochemical research abroad in recent ten years. . This electrode is composed of a large number of conductive particles. When the electrolytic solution (waste water) passes through the electrolytic cell from bottom to top to make the particles float, the particles act as electrodes when energized and the electrode reaction proceeds on the surface of the particles. Therefore, the electrode surface area Very large. On the other hand, the flow of the electrolyte and the collision within the particles significantly reduce the diffusion resistance at the solid-liquid interface. Therefore, the reaction of the electrodes to the diffusion control is extremely beneficial. Since 1978, we have studied the structure and processing technology of FBE purifier. This article introduces the structure, processing flow and results of production and operation of FBE-Ⅰ purifier.
