一、前言我厂二烧车间投产以来,经过一年多的生产调整,并对一些薄弱环节进行了攻关改造后,设备运转已趋于正常,烧结生产水平和产品质量均在稳定提高。由于二烧在设计阶段对能源消耗没有认真审查,因而投产至今,能源耗量居高不下,与我厂一烧、三烧相比,工序能耗分别高出50%和80%;与国内同类机冷工艺的首钢二烧相比高出58%。其中固体燃料消耗分别比一、三烧高出35%和38%,比首钢二烧高出50%。电耗比一、三烧分别高出3.12倍和2.47倍,比首钢二烧高出1.75倍(见图1)。二烧惊人的能源消耗,严重地影响到公

INTRODUCTION After the second workshop was put into production in our factory, after more than one year’s production adjustment and the transformation of some weak points, the equipment operation has become normal. The production level of sintering and the quality of products are steadily improving.
