介绍与相控阵超声检测有关的一些主要公式和基本参数。理解这些公式和参数,对正确和灵活运用相控阵超声检测技术具有重要意义。对其中涉及聚焦律、扇形扫描范围、波型变换信号位置、增益损失、角度增益补偿、轴向和横向探头分辨力及声束特征等重要参数的公式,尤需融会贯通。为引出相控阵检测和缺陷定量公式,仍需从常规超声检测技术的概念公式起步,并需结合相控阵超声显示图谱特征比照分析。
Introduce some main formulas and basic parameters related to phased array ultrasonic testing. Understanding these formulas and parameters is important for the correct and flexible use of phased array ultrasonic testing. In particular, formulas involving important parameters such as focusing law, sector scanning range, wave-shaped signal location, gain loss, angle gain compensation, axial and transverse probe resolution, and beam characteristics should be thoroughly understood. In order to derive the quantitative formulas of phased array detection and defect, we still need to start from the conceptual formula of conventional ultrasonic testing technology, and the analysis of phased array ultrasound display features needs to be analyzed.
