从我国电信发展环境看,随着竞争的不断加剧,通信企业的盈利空间逐步缩小,企业的可持续发展面临严峻挑战。于日前召开的全国信息产业工作会议为中国通信业的快速发展描绘了新的蓝图。 2004年信息产业增加值将达到8550亿元。其中,通信业3450亿元,电子信息产业5100亿元。通信业务收入5750亿元,增长11.7％,其中电信收入为5190亿元。通信固定资产投资2100亿元。发展固定电话用户4000万户、移动电话用户5200万户,固定电话主线普及率和移动电话普及率分别达到23.5％和24.5％。为实现这一宏伟目标,信产部制定了具体的政策方略。(英宁)
From the perspective of China’s telecom development environment, as competition continues to worsen, profit margins of telecom companies are gradually narrowing and sustainable development of enterprises is facing severe challenges. The National Information Industry Work Conference held recently convened a new blueprint for the rapid development of China’s telecommunications industry. The added value of the information industry in 2004 will reach 855 billion yuan. Among them, the communication industry was 345 billion yuan and the electronic information industry was 510 billion yuan. The revenue from communications business was 575 billion yuan, up 11.7%, of which telecommunication revenue was 519.0 billion yuan. Investment in fixed assets 210 billion yuan. We have developed 40 million fixed-line users and 52 million mobile phone users. The penetration rate of fixed-line phones and mobile phones have reached 23.5% and 24.5% respectively. In order to achieve this ambitious goal, MIIT has formulated a specific policy strategy. (British Ning)
