近十几年来,我国通信业在持续高速增长的同时,形成了高度竞争的多主体市场格局,并完成了通信主体企业的股份制改造,公司所有者构成、经营环境、代理方式、组织文化都发生了重大改变。那么,作为承担公司发展经营重任的劳动者,他们的思想观念、内心祈望、心理诉求是否也发生了变化?发生了哪些变化?这些变化与公司未来发展存在着何种关联?管理者该如何因势利导促进新时期公司发展?带着这些问题,中国联通黑龙江省分公司于2010年在全省范围内组织了员工问卷调查,调查反映出的问题值得电信运营商认真思考。
In the past decade or so, China’s communications industry, while continuing to grow at a rapid rate, has formed a highly competitive multi-agent market structure and completed shareholding system reform of the main communications companies. The ownership structure, business environment, agency approach and organizational culture of the companies have all taken place A major change.
