旅游心理学是中职旅游管理专业的基础理论课程,也是心理学发展的一个旁支。为了使学生更好地理解教材内容,更好的理论联系实际,了解游客的各种心理需求以及理解客人在餐厅、客房、前厅、酒店休闲场所和导游游览过程中的各种心理活动和心理需求,在长期的教学过程中我尝试将情境教学法运用于旅游心理学的课堂教学,目的是激发学生的学习兴趣,更好地培养和提高学生对旅游心理学专业知识的运用能力和创新能力。
