一、前言气动仪表与电动仪表相比,因不要防爆措施,且价格也便宜,故应重新估计它在安全性和可靠性方面的优点,然后再给予评价。气动仪表的可靠性已被长期实践所证明,但在功能方面,比目前的电动仪表要差些。例如电动仪表的手动预置功能、手动/自动无条件无扰动切换功能(与偏差、比例带大小无关,能无扰动地切换)等等,这些功能,以往的气动调节器是不具备的。在电动、气动仪表混合使用的场合,这些功能的差异是引起操作人员误操作的原因,这从安全角度来看是不够理想的。
