一、引言建筑在地震区的海洋平台,要受到地震时由于地面运动引起的平台振动。为使海洋平台在使用期间对不超过某一合理的可能的地震震级时不发生明显地震动破坏,即使海洋平台遭受稀有的大地震也不致于倒塌。设计者必须考虑到海洋平台应有足够的强度和柔性。这就要求不但要了解地震出现的概率和震级,而且要根据地震时产生的地面运动对海洋平台的作用给出定量的分析。也就是要给出地震力,再由地震力计算平台结构的内力,并作强度分析,以及考虑各个构件和节点的吸能能力的设计。
I. INTRODUCTION The offshore platform built in the seismic zone is subject to platform vibration caused by ground motion during the earthquake. In order to ensure that the ocean platform does not cause significant earthquake damage when it does not exceed a reasonable possible earthquake magnitude during use, even if the offshore platform suffers from a rare large earthquake, it will not collapse. The designer must consider that the offshore platform should have sufficient strength and flexibility. This requires not only understanding the probability and magnitude of the earthquake, but also giving a quantitative analysis of the role of the offshore platform based on the ground motion generated during the earthquake. That is, to give the seismic force, the internal force of the platform structure is then calculated by the seismic force, and the intensity analysis is performed, and the design of the energy absorption ability of each component and node is considered.
