近年来,新教师队伍和参差不齐的专业水平,一方面给园所带来了生机与活力,同时也给园所发展带来了困难与压力,因此,提升青年教师的综合素质与教育技能,引领青年教师的专业化成长势在必行。我园主要从教师的施教能力、沟通能力、班级管理能力三方面着手,有步骤、有重点的进行培养,力争让青年教师达到一年胜任,两年优秀,三年成为骨干的目标。
