铣床立柱的动态设计过程是一个非常复杂繁琐的过程,为了提高立柱动态设计效率,整合了基于ANSYS的模态分析和通用软件开发平台VC++6.0的功能,在Pro/E软件与ANSYS无缝集成的基础上,开发了帮助用户方便、快捷的完成铣床立柱动态设计的系统。此系统建立友好的操作界面,可直接输入模型材料参数、求解参数等进行铣床立柱模态分析,代替人机交互的GUI方式,从而减轻了ANSYS由前处理、加载荷及求解等带来繁杂地操作,提高了铣床立柱动态设计效率,具有极高的实用性。
The dynamic design process of milling machine column is a very complex and tedious process. In order to improve the dynamic design efficiency of the column, it integrates the functions of modal analysis and common software development platform VC ++ 6.0 based on ANSYS. With the seamless integration of Pro / E software and ANSYS Based on the integration, the system has been developed to help users to complete the dynamic design of milling machine column conveniently and quickly. This system has a friendly user interface, which can directly input model material parameters and solve parameters to analyze the milling machine column modal instead of GUI mode of human-machine interaction, so as to reduce the complexity of ANSYS caused by pre-processing, loading and solving Operation, improve the dynamic design efficiency of milling column, with high practicality.
