在西西伯力亚冶金厂的转炉车间,全卩沸駦钢都上注成9.5吨钢锭。在钢液面上加入液体铝进行钢锭的化学封顶。铝的消耗定额是按照成品钢的碳含量确定的,而脱氧剂的加入时间则随着冶炼的任务而变化。根据ГOCT380—60和1050—60确定的沸駦钢是在注满钢锭模之后立即封顶或者保持不长时间(到30秒)后封顶,而根据ГOCT10702—63则必须沸駦8—12分钟。
At the converter plant at Western Siberia Metallurgical Plant, the entire boiling point of the steel is poured into a 9.5 ton ingot. Add liquid aluminum on the molten steel surface to carry out chemical capping of ingot. The consumption of aluminum is determined according to the carbon content of the finished steel, and the addition time of the deoxidizer varies with the task of smelting. Boiling steels determined according to ГOCT 380-60 and 1050-60 are capped immediately after filling the steel ingot mold or held for a short time (up to 30 seconds), whereas ГOCT10702-63 must have been boiled for 8-12 minutes.
