目的探究基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metallopreteinases-2,MMP-2)与基质蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2(tissue inhibitor of metallopreteinases-2,TIMP-2)在正常足月妊娠与妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘组织中的表达。方法选择2012~2014年陕西中医学院第二附属医院妇产科收治的住院期间诊断有妊娠期高血压疾病的产妇60例作为观察组,健康正常足月妊娠的产妇60例作为对照组。检测分析两组产妇胎盘MMP-2与TIMP-2的表达情况。结果两组产妇TIMP-2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组MMP-2水平与免疫组化积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2在妊娠期高血压疾病产妇的胎盘组织内呈低表达,导致胎盘组织内滋养细胞的浸润能力明显下降,与产妇妊娠期高血压疾病的发病密切相关,是胎盘发生病理改变的基础。
Objective To investigate the effects of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) on placental tissue in normal term pregnancy and gestational hypertensive disorder In the expression. Methods Sixty pregnant women diagnosed with gestational hypertension during hospitalization from 2012 to 2014 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as observation group and 60 healthy pregnant women with normal term pregnancy as control group. The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in maternal placenta of two groups was detected and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of TIMP-2 between the two groups (P> 0.05). The MMP-2 level and immunohistochemical score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of MMP-2 in the placenta of pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is low, which leads to the significant decrease of the infiltrating capacity of trophoblast in the placenta, which is closely related to the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. It is the basis of pathological changes of placenta .
