本文对一号高温钎焊合金进行了研究。根据对使用条件和有关金相平衡图的分析,设计了合金的研制成分。根据熔点、润湿性能、耐腐蚀性能、机械性能、模拟件强度等试验结果,确定了合金的主要元素的含量。对合金中的微量元素进行了研究.确定了其含量范围。此合金的基本元素含量为:70%Mn,25%Ni,5%Cr,其熔点为1050至1080℃,具有良好的加工塑性,可以加工成薄箔,在发烟硝酸中具有中等耐腐蚀性。合金的钎焊性能良好。合金冷轧带材在水中有蚀裂现象,可用消除应力退火和保持干燥的方法予以防止。合金已稳定应用于高温钎焊,满足了设计和工艺的要求,并已定型生产。
In this paper, a high-temperature brazing alloy was studied. According to the conditions of use and the analysis of metallographic equilibrium diagram, the design of the alloy components. According to the melting point, wettability, corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, simulation strength test results to determine the main elements of the alloy content. The trace elements in the alloy were studied, and the content range was determined.
