领导干部比一般组工干部位更高、权更重,在公道公派问题上导向作用更为明显。组织工作是否坚持了公道正派,干部群众更多地是看我们的领导干部是否养成了公道正派的作风,守住了公道正派的防线,树立了公道正派的形象。在新的历史条件下,公道正派与不公道不正派行为的斗争不但没有停止,反而更趋激烈。如果公道正派的防线失守于领导干部,其危害和影响将是深重的。为此,领导干部在公道正派方面必须守住关键防线,切实做到“三个敢于。”——
Leading cadres have a higher authority and heavier position than the general cadres in the workforce. The leading role is more obvious on the question of fair public sanctions. Whether organizational work upholds fairness and impartiality, and cadres and the masses are more concerned with seeing whether our leading cadres have developed a fair and honest style of work, maintained a fair and just line of defense and established a fair and honest image. In the new historical conditions, the struggle between fair and impartial behavior and unjust irregularities has not only not stopped, but has become more intense. If the just and correct line of defense lags behind the leading cadres, their harm and impact will be profound. To this end, leading cadres must hold the key line of defense in fair and impartial terms and effectively achieve “three dares.” -
