在中华英才网举办的四届“中国大学生最佳雇主调查”中,登上TOP 50 排行榜的本土企业比例逐年上升。2006年,本土企业更是进步神速,上榜率达到前所未有的48%;新上榜的10家企业中,百度、阿里巴巴、中广核等8家均为本土企业;腾讯、美的、海信等3家本土企业更是包揽了“排名上升最快的企业”。可见,在大学生心目中,本土企业的雇主品牌形象正在稳步提升中。为什么大学生日益青睐这些本土企业呢?考察发现,他们在人力资源管理上的创造性实践具有以下共同特征:
In the four “Best Employers Survey for Chinese Undergraduates” organized by ChinaHR, the proportion of local enterprises boarded the TOP 50 list has been increasing year by year. In 2006, local enterprises made rapid progress with an unprecedented rate of 48% on the list. Among the 10 newly listed companies, 8 were local businesses, including Baidu, Alibaba and China Guangdong Nuclear Power; 8 were Tencent, Midea and Hisense Local enterprises even swept the “ranking of the fastest-growing enterprises.” Visible, in the minds of university students, employers brand image of local enterprises is steadily improving. Why do college students increasingly favor these local enterprises? The study found that their creative practice in human resource management has the following common characteristics:
