第七十三式 对心掌 重心前移,左脚提起跟至右脚左侧,随势向前(正东)方向迈步蹬出,脚跟着地,脚尖上翘,重心坐于右腿,右腿微屈,右腿实左腿虚。同时,左掌上移上举横架于前额斜上方,掌心朝上偏前,右掌上置于胸前,成竖掌,坐腕,掌心朝左。面向正东,眼平视前方(图1、2)。 右腿蹬直,身体前移,左脚落平踏实,成左弓步,同时,右掌向前徐徐推出。眼仍平视正南方向(图3)。 重心前移,右脚提起跟至左脚右侧,脚前掌着地,两腿微屈,重心在左腿,左腿实右腿虚。同时右掌有前推之意(图4)。
