劳动模范是党和国家的宝贵财富。长期以来,工会组织受党和政府重托,承担着劳模管理相关工作,这是党和政府赋予工会组织的一项义不容辞的重要职责。劳动模范管理工作,包括劳模的选树、培养、表彰、宣传等,工会作为劳模管理的组织机构,应高度重视劳模管理工作,笔者认为可以从以下几个方面予以加强:一、严格劳模评选,选树高素质劳模队伍评选劳模是企业用以激励广大职工投身企业建设的重要手段,也是企业劳模管理工作的“第一工序”。作为工会组织首先要
